Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak on PC is different from Nintendo Switch version in terms of the graphics and the performance. Risen Shagaru Magala is very strong, and for those, who have not been satisfied with MHWilds because of the performance and the difficulity, I highly recommend playing MHRise with Sunbreak DLC.
The pace of this game is insane specially Sunbreak endgame. This video clip was taken a few days before MHWilds release, so that I am not sure, if I can play MHRise Sunbreak properly now. MHRise has less iframes, and the movement is far too quicker than MHWilds and MHWorld. MHRise Sunbreak is one of the most underrated among MH series.
There are some Pros and Cons about starting to play MHRise Sunbreak on PC and not on Nintendo Switch. Pros are something like 4K native graphics, quicker loading time, specially if the game file is installed on M.2 SSD. Cons must be the lack of players, as MHRise Sunbreak does not support crossplay, cross-platform.
Unlike NPCs, who can join in MHWilds, NPCs appearing in MHRise Sunbreak DLC are extremely helpful. Having NPCs in your solo quest (all except event quests), monster appearing in quest does not get 2.5 times HP like in MHWilds. I think MHWilds made NPCs absolutely meaningless, and should adapt the same system as MHRise Sunbreak.
Risen Shagaru Magala is more potent than Gore Magala appearing in MHWilds. I find people, who played MHRise Sunbreak find MHWilds easier.
Longsword in this game is not as cool and overpowered as in MHWorld.
Play MHRise Sunbreak, as this game costs really nothing during on sale
